These sequence cards are designed to serve as an aid to those wishing to use Iyengar Yoga as complimentary therapy to address specific conditions in a home practice. Designed by Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers, the sequences clearly demonstrate the use of props with photos and brief descriptions as well as suggested durations for holding each asana.
